GENERAL GRADING POLICY

The grading scale used for official grades for all Johns Hopkins School of Education students is listed below, along with other information.

Each instructor assigns grades according to their own system, which should be explained in the course syllabus.

All students must possess acceptable written command of the English language. Instructors will consider writing quality when assigning grades, and make referrals for those needing improvement in writing skills.

The grade of A+ is not assigned at any level.
