Students can use National Student Clearinghouse’s “My Student Center” to obtain immediate enrollment information for verification purposes.

Requests for verification of enrollment or degrees earned can also be submitted using the Request for Verification Services form. There is no charge for this service and verifications are normally processed within one to three business days. Requests will not be processed for any students with an outstanding financial obligation to the University.

Enrollment verifications may include the total number of credit hours taken, current and/or past semesters enrolled, and status for current and/or past terms.

Degree verifications may include the degree conferred, the program and major for degree(s) completed, and date(s) of conferral.

Alumni

Alumni may request an enrollment or degree verification letter by submitting a Request for Verification Services form to the Office of the Registrar via mail, email, or fax.

Third Parties

Third-party companies may request enrollment or degree verifications through the National Student Clearinghouse.
