Students selecting this option are required to have a current Johns Hopkins email address and a valid Johns Hopkins Enterprise Directory Logon ID (JHED ID) and password. Your JHED ID is assigned to you upon your admission to our school. If you do not know this login ID, you can search for yourself on the JHED website, which contains further instructions for setting up your account and password.
Notification of outstanding tuition balances will be sent electronically to a student’s JHU email account. Billing statements are emailed the second Wednesday of each month if activity has occurred since the last billing cycle. Students are required to make payment upon notification of this bill. Balances not paid by the due date will be assessed a $100 late payment fee. Paper statements are no longer mailed to students.
Students can update their email address by calling 1-800-GO-TO-JHU or request support through SEAM’s online form.
