The Office of Student Enrollment and Account Management (SEAM) at Johns Hopkins University works cross-functionally to provide support with transactions and questions related to billing, payment of tuition and fees, and student refunds.
SEAM is excited to announce a new virtual support model. Drop-in Zoom hours are now available for support with weekly billing, registration, and financial aid inquiries. Students can connect with a SEAM member virtually on Zoom via the SEAM website.

In addition, billing information and online payment options can be accessed through the Student Information System portal (SIS), which requires a JHU email account and JHED ID.
