Campus and Community: Getting Involved
The Johns Hopkins School of Education encourages students to engage with the local community through research and service. With more than 400 registered student organizations available, students can pursue a wide range of interests and even create new groups with assistance from the Graduate Representative Organization. Every semester, Johns Hopkins hosts student involvement fairs where students can learn about and join a variety of organizations. Graduate student groups require at least eight to 10 active members and a faculty/staff advisor, and they can include other members, such as alumni, faculty, staff, and administrators.
