Sarah Caroleo is a doctoral candidate and Education Policy Fellow at Johns Hopkins University’s School of Education. She researches issues around access to high-quality, rigorous K–12 learning, namely through teacher quality, curriculum, and gifted and advanced education. She explores organizational solutions that build teachers’ capacity for providing equitable instruction, and she employs both quantitative and qualitative methodologies in her work. Prior to doctoral studies, Sarah was an elementary educator and advanced academic instructional coach for eight years.
