Research Interests Outcomes and opportunities for students with disabilities

Logan McDermott is a PhD candidate at the Johns Hopkins School of Education. Previously, Logan taught high school and middle school math for six years. As a teacher, he taught in a traditional public school in Ohio and at a charter school in Washington, D.C. Through these experiences Logan developed an interest in understanding what academic opportunities are provided to students. This interest has led him to his current work focusing on outcomes for student with disabilities.
