Academic Support Team

Spanning three departments — Advanced Studies in Education, Counseling and Educational Studies, and Innovative Teaching and Leadership — our academic support team strengthens our academic community through ongoing support and collaborative engagement, and supports future leaders in education by:

• Encouraging the dissemination of knowledge worldwide
• Promoting a dynamic, research-based learning environment
• Managing administrative functions related to degree programs, academic operations, and curriculum planning
• Endorsing inclusive practices in our student and faculty recruitment policies
• Maintaining our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion as it pertains to the planning, delivery, and implementation of academic programs and policies
• Providing support to department chairs and program leaders
• Recognizing the importance of service and engagement within the many communities we serve
