  • Student Disability Services provides support and accommodations to ensure equal access and inclusivity for students with diverse abilities.
  • Mental Health Services offers confidential and professional guidance to help students navigate personal challenges and enhance their overall well-being.
  • International Student Support Services addresses the unique needs of the School of Education’s growing international student population by promoting the inclusion of these students within the School and local area and focuses on their well-being while helping them persist, excel, and meet their educational needs.
  • The Homewood Writing Center offers tutoring for SOE students with trained peer tutors on any type of writing. Schedule an appointment using the School of Education selection.
  • The School of Education Writing Hub is led by SOE Academic Writing Consultant Hilary Leithauser. The Writing Hub supports students in academic writing, ranging from research papers or proposals to research-based op-eds. Any course-related writing assignment can be supported by the Writing Hub. Schedule a 45-minute Zoom or in-person appointment through Calendly. The Writing Hub is not designed to help students with job applications, cover letters, or curricula vitae. Students interested with job-related writing are encouraged to connect with Lena Jackson in the Student Affairs office.
  • Hop-In Coaching sessions are offered by our IFC-certified coach for SOE students. Whether you want to identify your core values or articulate academic or professional goals, Hop-In Coaching employs exploratory tools that includes powerful questions, active listening, curiosity, and mindfulness. To make an appointment, contact Hop-In coach Carey Borkoski.
  • The Data and Statistics Consultant facilitates SOE students’ research progress by providing expert guidance and resources in statistical methodologies and software. Schedule an individual appointment.
  • Stay informed and prepared with timely coronavirus and vaccine updates from a world leader in public health, with vital information and resources to ensure the safety and well-being.
  • Housing assistance will help you find comfortable housing options that foster a sense of community and enrich the overall student experience.
