Every Minute Counts is a collaborative project with the Special Education Division of the Washington State Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI). The objective is to identify existing problems of practice related to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and best practices for determining the amount and type of special education and related services contained in students’ IEPs.
