The Process Performance Indicator Tool is a technology solution developed in collaboration with the Maryland State Department of Early Intervention and Special Education Services that enables providers and educators to review IFSPs and IEPs during or after the development process. The tool allows district and state users to monitor IFSP and IEP development in order to identify strengths and professional learning needs across their jurisdictions.
