| April 3 | Graduation application for academic year 2023-2024 opens in Student Information System (SIS) |
| April 17 | Tuition and fees are viewable in SIS Self Service Student Portal (Tentative) |
| May 11 | Initial electronic bill will be issued to students |
| May 26 | Initial summer 2023 tuition date (monthly billing thereafter) |
| May 30 | Last day to submit graduation application for summer 2023 semester |
| May 30 | Summer 2023 semester begins |
| June 19 | Juneteenth holiday; no classes held NOTE: Monday 12-week classes will need to schedule one additional meeting due to the Juneteenth holiday occurring on Monday. |
| July 4 | Fourth of July holiday observed; no classes held |
| August 22 | Summer 2023 semester ends |
| August 22 | Date upon which any I (incomplete) grade recorded in SIS for the spring 2023 semester is automatically replaced by an F grade on a student’s academic transcript |

| December 16 | Date upon which any I (incomplete) grade recorded in SIS for the summer 2022 semester is automatically replaced by an F grade on a student’s academic transcript |

| April 17 - August 27 | Registration period for fall 2023 semester |
| August 28 | Last day to submit graduation application for fall 2023 semester |
| August 28 | Fall 2023 semester classes begin |
| September 4 | Labor Day; no classes held NOTE: Monday classes will need to schedule one additional meeting due to the Labor Day holiday occurring on Monday. |
| November 20 - November 26 | Thanksgiving break; no classes held |
| December 16 | Last day of fall 2023 semester |
| December 29 | Fall 2023 degree conferral date |
| May 11 | Date upon which any I (incomplete) grade recorded in SIS for the fall 2023 semester is automatically replaced by an F grade on a student’s academic transcript |

| March 15 | SOE Endowed Scholarship application submission deadline for newly admitted and current EdD students |
| March 18 - 24 | Spring Break; no classes held |
| April 1 | SOE Endowed Scholarship application submission deadline for all master’s degree and graduate/post-master’s certificate program students |
| May 11 | Last day of spring 2024 semester |
| May 23 | Spring 2024 degree conferral date |
