She brings over 15 years of experience helping universities and nonprofit organizations use online learning as a way to increase impact and reach to her work. She has a deep commitment to supporting students with disabilities in general education and trains teachers to use team-directed learning strategies and Universal Design for Learning in order to promote achievement among all students, including those with disabilities.
