The <strong data-start=\"209\" data-end=\"257\">Maryland Transition Digital Portfolio (MTDP)<\/strong> is a student-driven tool where students can document their progress with transition activities in their <strong>Individualized Education Program (IEP)<\/strong>, share work samples, show achievements, and highlight their strengths with the goal to prepare them for their next steps.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"524\" data-end=\"759\">The <strong>MTDP<\/strong> supports multiple learning styles.
