Out-of-School Time Leadership Certificate
Developed in partnership with the National Center for Summer Learning and the Center for Technology in Education, the graduate certificate program in Out-of-School Time (OST) Leadership is uniquely designed to develop leaders in the rapidly expanding fields of summer and after-school learning. The program prepares managers to meet the challenges of implementing and sustaining quality programs for youth.
An extensive online cohort learning component allows students nationwide to take advantage of this unique 16-credit-hour program, which can be completed part-time in just one year. Students also have the option of combining the certificate with another Johns Hopkins’ School of Education graduate certificate
to earn a master’s degree in Education.
"Note: In addition to meeting the School of Education's general admissions policy requirements, applicants are also required to submit a letter of recommendation as part of the application process."
