Graduate Certificates in Counseling
The Department of Counseling and Human Services offers a variety of graduate certificates to prepare counselors and other human service professionals for specialized areas of practice.
These integrated graduate certificates of 12 to 18 credits are designed to provide advanced preparation and supervised experience. An applicant is required to have completed a master's degree in counseling or a related field from a regionally accredited institution of higher education, submit a detailed resume or curriculum vitae, a statement of personal goals, graduate transcripts, and three letters of recommendation. Eligible applicants are invited for interviews with the admission committee.
