Johns Hopkins University Offers graduate degrees in Education:

Alumni Career Network

In addition to the university's alumni career services, Professional Career Services (PCS) offers a web-based recruiting system to communicate job opportunities to students and alumni and provide a means of managing the job search process.

Called E-Recruiting, the recruiting system provides local and national job listings, resume referrals, targeted resume books, calendar of events, a searchable employer contact database, and a student/alumni networking system. There is a one-time-only, lifetime registration fee of $45 for alumni, unless student membership was obtained prior to graduation.

E-Recruiting provides "job seeker" and "mentor" networking accounts. The job seeker account is for anyone utilizing the system to look for positions. The mentor account is for users agreeing to help current job seekers by providing information on their employer, career field/career path/relocation, etc. There is no charge for students and alumni who just want to set up a mentor account. In addition, the mentor account is semi-projected. By providing the ability to better define the parameters of the mentor relationship, mentors will not receive a flood of requests.

Register online for E-Recruiting.

Professional Career Services is in the process of expanding its seminars, presentations, networking events, employer outreach, and staff, and planning new initiatives. If the office can be of any assistance to you, please call (410) 516-9730 or e-mail careerservices@jhu.edu.
