The Johns Hopkins School of Education’s commitment to community involvement includes direct engagement experiences that go far beyond requirements for licensure. Our students—and our faculty—are out in the field every day, serving as equal participants in a shared cause and learning as much as we teach.
The Johns Hopkins School of Education is more than a source of student-teachers for our educational partners. We are co-administrators, co-counselors, co-organizers and collaborators. We partner with school districts, state agencies, nonprofit and for-profit organizations, community agencies and other Johns Hopkins units to serve communities where help is needed most.
The School of Education is a proud member of trade organizations and national initiatives that extend the reach of our work.
